What do you like most about Sidi.io?
I like the diversity at Sidi.io I like how everyone is from a different background so I get to listen to so many interesting and funny stories during happy hour.
I also like how Sidi.io has such a positive vibe and we only give constructive feedback in front of the person, instead of behind someone’s back, which I think is really important to a healthy work environment.
What does a typical day look like to you at Sidi.io?
I live in Vancouver so I wake up at 6:30 am every morning to start the day. I am responsible for assisting digital strategists at Sidi.io in launching campaigns. Once a campaign is launched, I check to make sure everything is up and running and look for ways to optimize the results. Besides, I am also helping Adpuzl in resolving technical issues that customers might encounter.
What has been your favourite project at Sidi.io so far?
I like doing research so my favourite project so far was researching for the transition from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4.
How do you define success?
To me, success is being able to inspire people.
Three words to best describe you:
Cheerful, adventurous, & empathetic.
How do you spend your weekends?
I like to go snowboarding with friends in the winter and hiking in the summer.
Where is your hometown?
My hometown is Hong Kong. I moved to Vancouver 4 years ago. I do miss the sunny weather in Hong Kong, but I love snowboarding too much to move back. Also, although summer in Vancouver is very short, it’s heaven on earth.
How has Sidi.io helped you in your career development so far?
I have been given lots of opportunities to learn how to optimize online campaigns. Sidi.io emphasizes personal growth and we have been asked to read books and set up personal goals. Those have been really helpful as well.
Do you have any pets?
I don’t but I love playing with my friends’ pets.
What do you like the most about your role?
I like how my role is very result-oriented with very clear metrics to measure success, so I know how well I do and what I need to improve.
