Summary

We are seeking a strategic and systems-oriented Business Enablement Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will help build the foundational infrastructure that supports Sidi.io’s next stage of scalable growth. You will work across data, finance, and people operations to create the clarity, control, and confidence needed to make informed decisions, strengthen culture, and ensure sustainable profitability.

This position requires a balance of analytical and operational expertise, ideal for someone who thrives on turning chaos into structure, building data-driven systems, and enabling teams to perform at their best.

 

Core Responsibilities

 

1. Data & Insights

  • Design and maintain a centralized data hub consolidating KPIs across departments.
  • Develop dashboards and scorecards for company, departmental, and client-level performance.
  • Translate raw data into actionable insights to guide leadership decisions and organizational strategy.
  • Build automated reporting systems to track trends, wins, and pressure points.

 

2. Finance Enablement 

  • Partner with leadership to define budgets, forecasts, and financial targets by team and initiative.
  • Implement spend reviews and establish a finance dashboard that visualizes P&L, cost centres, and performance ratios.
  • Benchmark against industry metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability.
  • Introduce processes for proactive financial control, accountability, and ROI clarity.

 

3. People & Culture (HR Systems)

  • Serve as Sidi.io’s HR Lead, responsible for strengthening company culture and aligning people operations with business goals.
  • Document, standardize, and modernize HR policies in alignment with company values.
  • Define tenure incentives, compensation standards, and growth pathways.
  • Enhance employee engagement through recognition, collaboration, and development frameworks.
  • Support onboarding and training processes that align people performance with company goals.

 

4. Business Integration & Enablement

  • Connect systems (CRM, finance, project management, HRIS) into an integrated operating layer.
  • Identify and remove operational friction across teams to improve efficiency.
  • Build SOPs and scalable processes that support Sidi.io’s growth trajectory.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure that insights, budgets, and HR initiatives drive measurable business outcomes.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–7 years in business operations, enablement, finance, or systems management. Experience in an agency, SaaS, or professional services firm is an asset.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Databox, or Looker) and strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • People Systems: Familiarity with HRIS tools, performance frameworks, or organizational development.
  • Communication: Strong ability to distill complex data into clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Mindset: Process-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to build systems that empower others.
  • Location: Remote with occasional in-person meetings and company events in Ottawa.
