Key Objectives

  • Vigorously manage and optimize key performance indicators, leading weekly strategic discussions to assess and push for performance excellence. Own the narrative of account success through data-driven insights.
  • Employ a blend of analytical prowess and creative strategy to continuously improve campaign performance, driving down CPA while elevating ROAS/ROI.
  • Act as a custodian of ad spend, managing budgets with the acumen of a broker. Show an unyielding commitment to fiscal efficiency and breakthrough achievements that translate into client revenue growth.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients by setting up accounts in alignment with strategic goals, laying the groundwork for campaign success from day one.
  • Continually refine and adapt strategies to stay ahead of digital marketing trends and to meet the unique challenges of different client sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest, and others, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data, crafting comprehensive reports that illustrate the story behind the numbers. Ensure these reports clearly demonstrate ROI to clients.
  • Take full ownership of campaign results, standing confidently by your strategies while also maintaining the flexibility to pivot as needed based on performance data and evolving client needs.
  • Maintain transparent and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and insights into campaign performance and strategic adjustments.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising platforms.
  • Experience driving key client KPIs, beyond vanity metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to self-improvement and openness to coaching/mentorship.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical information into simple, digestible insights and make strategy recommendations.
  • Friendly, polite, and responsive, never leaving a client hanging.
  • Ability to recognize campaign success and failure, and pivot proactively.
  • Willing to demonstrate strategies hands-on and teach by showing.
  • HubSpot experience is considered an asset.
  • Results-driven approach.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Client Experience Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the Manager of Client Experience. You will work in close partnership with our Performance Marketing and Digital Products & Design teams, serving as project manager and primary contact for the clients in your portfolio.  Your ultimate goal is to ensure that all client projects are delivered with the highest quality, on-time, and within budget while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.  You will strive for impeccable client satisfaction every time and address opportunities and issues proactively with a sense of urgency, leading to improved client retention.

Responsibilities

  • Client onboarding: This includes but is not limited to attending handoff calls from sales to client delivery, project management over the course of the onboarding process, digital ad and web property account access, providing an exceptional client experience throughout the engagement.

  • Project management: You will be responsible for project managing specific production and digital marketing projects. This includes:

    • Project manage all appropriate client onboarding.

    • Strong cross collaboration across all teams at Sidi.io with a focus on achieving results together, on-time and on-budget.

    • Reporting and results focused on the bigger picture and client needs.   
      Organization and maintenance of internal and client systems and processes.

    • Project manage specific internal and client production and digital marketing projects.

    • Work with the team to develop and manage strategies and calendar of events for each client.

    • Proof ads and content. Make changes with the team as required.

    • Serve as a bridge between Sales and Operations while onboarding new clients to ensure expectations are clear for both parties.

  • Customer Experience: Proactively shape a positive customer journey by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that exceed client expectations. Strive to create memorable and delightful interactions at every touchpoint.  Make communications and interactions seamless and always be the ‘Easy Button’ for your clients with advanced agenda’s, concise follow up emails and most importantly showing genuine interest in your client and their business.

  • Light Administrative Duties: Such as working on client delivery operations projects including but not limited to organizing client drives and folders and working on departmental processes.

  • Client Satisfaction Accountability: Clients are surveyed every quarter to measure their satisfaction with Sidi.io in all aspects of interactions, creative deliverables and campaign performance.  As a Client Experience Specialist, your ultimate goal is to ensure that client satisfaction targets are met or exceeded and churn is avoided.  Projects are always  delivered with the highest quality, on-time and achieving the desired results.

Requirements

Education

  • College or Undergraduate University Degree or equivalent is preferred
  • PMP is an asset

Experience

  • Experience in a client facing role including proven history of building trust with clients, being influential, tenacious and comfortable making judgements and critical decisions.
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
  • Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the service.
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential.

Demonstrated Working Knowledge

  • Strong English written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy: G Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage projects according to margin, budget, timelines, scope, and quality while interpreting, understanding and applying key financial indicators to make better business decisions.
  • Experience with Asana is preferred.

In this role, you will lead the way when it comes to strategy, planning and creative execution of demand generation campaigns across various paid platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and other digital channels. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing campaign performance, maximizing ROI, and generating high-quality leads that convert to sales. You will establish clear expectations, guide the team to exceed their performance goals, and ensure the highest standards of service quality and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Research and Development: We expect you to bring your own vision to the role; to implement new digital marketing practices and techniques, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Lead, coach, and solve complex strategic problems for key clients, while maintaining awareness of all account statuses.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high standards of service quality.
  • Growth Strategies: Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies with the marketing operations and management team.

Essential Skills and Certifications

  • Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in executing online advertising campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering technical and creative results. A minimum of 2 years in a related leadership role is also required.
  • Experience with landing pages, funnel marketing, HubSpot beyond email marketing
  • Google Ads Certification: Search, Display, Video
  • Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification: Media Buying Professional, Media Planning Professional
  • Analytics Certification: Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)
  • Creative and Design Tools Proficiency: Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Pro Certification
  • Email Marketing Certification: HubSpot, Mailchimp
