Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the VP of Demand Generation, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are clearly defined and met with precision. This role combines elements of client relationship management, marketing strategy, and quality assurance, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences and outcomes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align efforts, maintain a high standard of client satisfaction, and drive impactful marketing strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Strategic Advisory
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire client engagement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships while acting as a strategic advisor to align campaign direction with client goals.
- Provide clarity, calm, and confidence in client interactions, becoming their trusted partner.
Campaign Briefing & Internal Handoff
- Translate client objectives into clear, actionable campaign briefs with defined criteria, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams by setting the strategic direction, focusing on the "what" and "when" rather than the "how."
Client Onboarding & Experience Ownership
- Lead clients through onboarding, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
- Maintain high standards of client experience from onboarding through final delivery, acting as the client’s advocate within the agency.
- Conduct regular check-ins to build trust and resolve potential friction points proactively.
Performance Analysis & Strategic Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance at a macro level to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations to clients based on performance data.
- Shape ongoing strategy discussions with clients through clear interpretation of data and actionable insights.
Final Campaign Asset Approval & Quality Control
- Review and approve final campaign assets to ensure they meet strategic objectives and client standards.
- Act as the final check to ensure deliverables align with the client’s vision and goals.
Requirements
Education
- College or undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
- Background in marketing strategy, client experience, or project coordination.
- Strong technical skills and experience with tools like ClickUp or Asana-like project management software.
- Google Certifications are an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
