Carla has extensive experience in digital marketing, creative campaign development & media strategy.
We sat down with Carla to get to know her a little better.

What book did you read last?
The last book I read was A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J Maas. It’s the 5th book in the series and I devoured it in 2 days!
What is your personal philosophy?
My personal philosophy has evolved, and it probably still will. Currently, it’s about balance and boundaries.
The past few years have been particularly difficult, juggling life, and expectations.
I’m trying my best to fill my own cup first so I can be at my best for others and more importantly myself. The expectations that society (and our inner voice) thrust upon us, are overwhelming at times, and I’m learning to let go of the little things. 
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day for me starts with my kids waking up and getting them ready for school.
Once the kids are organized I move on to the animals!
We have a hobby farm, so I check on our chickens and make sure they have everything they need. I work from home with my 2 dogs sleeping by my feet most of the day.
The dogs and I get outside for a walk on our walking trails around the farm, it’s the best way to break up the day!
How do you define success?
Success to me is all about balance in life. Without balance in every area of my life, I can’t be successful at anything.

What drew you to Sidi.io?
The people! I knew a few who worked at Sidi.io and I knew the kind of people they were.
Based on a few conversations, I realized this would be the right fit for me.
The main thing that drew me to Sidi.io is that everyone collectively cares about the best outcomes for clients and we are all working towards a common goal.
What is the favourite part about working for Sidi.io?
My favourite part about working here is getting to work with talented people from all over!
Can you describe what your role is all about?
My role is all about strategy, from concept to execution. I work with clients directly to understand their pain points and the direction they would like to head in.
How did you learn about Sidi.io?
I learned about Sidi.io from having worked with some employees in the past and staying connected through LinkedIn.
Describe your ideal day:
Wake up to a magically spotless house (it would have to be magic), drink coffee, walk the dogs, then curl up with a book for the rest of the day!
