How did you first learn about Sidi.io?
Through LinkedIn.
I was looking for a new opportunity and the role was quite relevant to my previous experience so I applied and here we are.
What has been your biggest success so far?
Although I just started, I would say the accounts are staying consistent and that we are looking for opportunities and growth segments for the accounts we can and are going after.
The basics of performance hygiene are being done and that is a success in terms of understanding each of the clients, their businesses, the way of operations, and it is consistent.

What do you like most about your job?
There are many things I like about my job. But the ones that stand out the most are:
What does a typical day look like for you?
My day starts with looking into the accounts to see if they’re smooth, any notifications and things we should be looking at,
Sometimes they are positive but when I notice a decline in performance my day starts off by figuring out what is going wrong.
Then I look into Asana for what I need to do and notes for today.
Most of the time I need to be ready to jump into a call and have to expect the unexpected.
What places have you lived in?
Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for 7 and a half years.
Lahore Pakistan for 6 years.
Islamabad Pakistan for 2 years.
I really like being in places for a while and being introduced to different cultures and experiencing them.
You’re happiest when?
My work makes me the happiest.
What is your favourite sport?
Tennis. I never miss a match and love it. Although, I can’t play it haha.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I spend time with my son and watching Netflix documentaries. Currently, I’m watching a show called Explained.
Tell us a bit about your role
My responsibility is more of number-related performance towards the client.
Most of the clients are goal-based and we need to generate leads and subscriptions and follow up on their events and conferences so it’s my responsibility.
I optimize and implement tactics and strategies designed by the Digital Strategist on the respective channels.
