Leadership Coaching Sessions With Ryan Walter (Stanley Cup Champion)
4 times a year our team members attend leadership training with Ryan Walter to help develop their leadership skills.
Book of the Month (BotM) Employee Development Program
Each month team members who are part of the BotM program meet to discuss what they learned from the assigned book.
Digital Marketing Training
Multiple throughout the year our team meets to work on various skills to enhance their knowledge about digital marketing.
Previous training has included: Landing pages that convert, creative brief training, Digital Marketer courses, etc.

The Working Mind
We take mental health seriously at Sidi.io, which is why we have trained all of our team members in The Working Mind (TWM).
TWM was developed by The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) and teaches workplace mental health and wellness, as well as how employees can help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
This includes but is not limited to, dedicated time and feedback from the leadership team, weekly/bi-weekly 1-on-1s, creative meetings, team huddles, etc.
