Key Objectives
- Vigorously manage and optimize key performance indicators, leading weekly strategic discussions to assess and push for performance excellence. Own the narrative of account success through data-driven insights.
- Employ a blend of analytical prowess and creative strategy to continuously improve campaign performance, driving down CPA while elevating ROAS/ROI.
- Act as a custodian of ad spend, managing budgets with the acumen of a broker. Show an unyielding commitment to fiscal efficiency and breakthrough achievements that translate into client revenue growth.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients by setting up accounts in alignment with strategic goals, laying the groundwork for campaign success from day one.
- Continually refine and adapt strategies to stay ahead of digital marketing trends and to meet the unique challenges of different client sectors.
- Embody a self-starter attitude, delving deeply into campaign analytics and strategies. Proactively explore various angles to solve problems and uncover new opportunities, demonstrating a relentless curiosity that drives client success.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest, and others, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data, crafting comprehensive reports that illustrate the story behind the numbers. Ensure these reports clearly demonstrate ROI to clients.
- Take full ownership of campaign results, standing confidently by your strategies while also maintaining the flexibility to pivot as needed based on performance data and evolving client needs.
- Maintain transparent and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and insights into campaign performance and strategic adjustments.

Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising platforms.
- Experience driving key client KPIs, beyond vanity metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to self-improvement and openness to coaching/mentorship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into simple, digestible insights and make strategy recommendations.
- Friendly, polite, and responsive, never leaving a client hanging.
- Ability to recognize campaign success and failure, and pivot proactively.
- Willing to demonstrate strategies hands-on and teach by showing.
- HubSpot experience is considered an asset.
- Results-driven approach.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, G Suite, CRM tools, Google Analytics.
