Let’s get to know her a little better!

Mikayla Mlynarczyk, Business Development Representative

What drew you to Sidi.io?

Riaz and knowing that I would be backed up by a super smart and capable team.

As well as the ability to work remotely yet one-on-one with clients doing both sales, marketing and strategy.

What do you like the most about working at Sidi.io?

The ability to connect with clients, provide a solution to watch them grow, and the freedom to do things independently yet be backed up with SO much support.

Tell us a little bit about your role.

My role is all about making connections with potential clients in the tech, medical or the arts who want to GROW their business and desire to partner with a marketing team to help them out.

In a nutshell, I’m here to grow BOTH Sidi.io’s business, as well as provide a solution, plan and team to also grow yours.

Riaz did a great job placing me in a role that uses all my skills from working with entrepreneurs in the past, to being an entrepreneur, marketer, strategist, sales and presenter — it’s a combination of it all!

Are you messy or organized?

Both! I have a very creative mind, so things can get messy, but I NEED to stay organized and on top of things for my job, so I tend to juggle between both.

What celebrity do people think you look like?

From a colleague in the past, he told me I looked a bit like Amal Clooney.

What is on your bucket list?

  • Continuing to travel as much as possible.
  • Have a beautiful and loving family of my own.
  • Potentially own various properties around the world to rent out.

What is your favourite meal?

Sushi.

Where is your hometown?

Sault Ste. Marie Ontario.

Which one would you want most – flying cars, robot housekeepers, or moon cities?

It’s a fine line between flying cars and robot housekeepers.

What type of marketer are you?

I’m very service-oriented, in fact, one of the FIRST questions I asked Riaz before saying yes to this position was his expectations on sales and sales style.

It’s very important for me to sell in a way that is value-driven and puts the customer’s needs above a quota.
