About You

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Business Development Representative to join our awesome sales team. As our BDR, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales.

You are a high energy, creative, self starter who is curious and solutions-focused. You have a proven track record of qualifying, converting prospects and closing deals while maintaining established sales quotas.  You have

  • University or college degree in business, marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience in a related field. 
  • 5  years of direct work experience in selling professional services, preferably digital marketing services, in to the B2B Technology industry. 
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. 
  • Experience with customer relationship management software (preferred)

Your Typical Day

  • Build & close sales opportunities from a pipeline of prospects using a variety of methods both provided and self-generated (inbound marketing, video, cold calling, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Prepare custom sales presentations to deliver to a range of prospective clients.
  • Undertake needs assessments and proposals in person, by telephone or via Zoom with clients to understand their challenges and to work with the team to put together a digital marketing strategy.
  • Engage clients and their teams during the setup, onboarding, kickoff call, and strategy development of their marketing program to ensure success. 
  • Ensure the internal project team stays organized through regularly scheduled touchpoints.
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Working closely with Finance to prepare, review and submit sales contracts.
  • Maintain client accounts and opportunity records up to date on an on-going basis in Salesforce.
  • Answer client questions.
  • Be a brand ambassador, for Sidi.io.
  • Play a pivotal role in sales operational growth strategy and implementation.
