We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Director to join our awesome sales team. As our Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team’s operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
- University or college degree in business, marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience in a related field.
- 3+ years sales team management and leadership experience/
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably selling professional services.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Experience with customer relationship management software (preferably HubSpot)

Your Typical Day
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop short- and long-term strategic plans, including the preparation of annual business plans.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
- Grow existing accounts and generate net new clients in B2B Technology, Professional Services, and B2C Health Services Provider markets..
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
- Be a brand ambassador for Sidi.io.
